Le Château de Saint-Cosme est une belle propriété constituée de vignes qui s’étendent sur 22 ha, au c?ur de Gigondas et de la Vallée du Rhône. 

Le Château de Saint Cosme est situé au c?ur de l?appellation Gigondas, un domaine nichée près d?une ancienne Villa Romaine qui a pratiqué la culture des vignes depuis maintenant des milliers d?années. Chaque bouteille de vin du Château de Saint Cosme est ainsi un véritable héritage, une richesse historique partagée depuis de nombreuses années. Au c?ur du berceau de la viticulture et tout proche des dentelles de Montmirail, la famille Barruol a acheté ses premières vignes en 1490.

• Le Claux 

Il s?agit d?une parcelle constituée de très vieilles vignes de caractère qui sont vinifiées à la bourguignonne. Les vins qui proviennent des vignes de cette parcelle sont très aromatiques et ont une saveur fine.

• Le Poste borde la Chapelle de Saint Cosme 

C?est un terroir qui est formé de grenache et de clairette. Grâce aux marnes calcaires du Jurassiques et aux fossiles qui constituent ce terroir, les vins produits ont un caractère unique, avec une grande minéralité.

• Hominis Fides

Il s?agit d?une parcelle qui contient des vieilles vignes qui poussent sur des sols sableux. Ce qui donne une puissance et une finesse authentiques aux vins.
